About State Tretyakov Gallery

The State Tretyakov Gallery (tretyakovgallery.ru) grew from the collection of the merchant Pavel Tretyakov. The main building in Lavrushinsky Lane, with Vasnetsov’s façade, holds Russian art from icons, including Rublev’s Trinity, to the late 19th century; the New Tretyakov on Krymsky Val shows 20th-century art.

Opening hours, prices and seasonal openings change, so please check with State Tretyakov Gallery before you go.
